Reinier van Rooyen
Founder & CEO
Reinier began his lifelong love for technology and mechanics as a youth, early in his teen years. After years of engineering accolades and experience in industries ranging from application to fabrication, he co-founded a day-trading firm in the 90’s, which was acquired by Bank of America.
At BofA, he was part of the prestigious MD technology fellows program. With over 30 years of experience, Reinier joined CoreOne Technologies, a Markit company as CTO, where he engineered a phenomenal growth turnaround.
Kenneth Leder
Co-Owner & COO
Ken began his career in high school, writing tools for a small CAD reseller in Houston, Texas. This was just one of the many industries Ken has gained experience in, from Government defense to RFID Toll transactions, before finally landing on Wall Street over a decade ago.
He has built a career by building on his previous experience to provide creative problem solving for legacy systems, and providing architecture insight for the new. Ken has specialized most recently on system monitoring and oversight, helping to institute an end-to-end monitoring system for an Equities trading/market data firm. Ken now consults with IT firms, helping them evaluate and correct processes in order to streamline personnel.
